During the tour you can take photos and videos without using flash, lights or tripods, and ensuring not to interrupt the passage of other visitors or lag behind the group.
During the concert no photos or videos may be taken. You should follow the directions of staff at all times.
Facilities include free parking, gardens, bar, souvenir shop, toilets, public telephone, snack area, bus stop and cash machine.
Porto Cristo is 500 metres away, with a wide range of shops, bars and restaurants. The beach is next to the port, from which you can take boat trips on the east coast of Majorca.
Tickets can be purchased at the ticket office from 9 am daily for any visit on the same day. As places are limited, tickets show the time of access to the cave, so once purchased it is sufficient to turn up at the entrance a few minutes before the visit.
You can also purchase tickets online and pay with your credit card.
In high season, the visits at 10, 16 and 17 h are usually less crowded, especially at weekends.
